STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE:

All shipments made via contract shipping company with Curbside deliveries only. The Flat Rate is good for the lower 48 USA states. Alaska and Hawaii and all others must call for shipping quote. Shipping price includes shipping and handling costs. 

We make purchasing a new hot tub simple.  Once payment is received we setup shipping for you. This process takes 10-14 Days for the shipping company to register and pickup the hot tub.   The hot tub is picked up by the shipping company  from the warehouse and delivered to your address (curbside delivery).  The ho tub will usually be in transit for 6-21 business days depending on your location.  Tracking numbers will  be provided so you can follow your hot tub until it reaches your address.  Lift gate service is included in the shipping so you don't have to worry about getting the hot tub off of the truck by yourself.  The shipping company is both capable and willing to place your hot tub in your backyard for an additional fee (In most areas).   When they contact you (the buyer) for delivery, you can arrange this extra service.  Hot Tub Headquarters does not prepay backyard delivery.  The shipping company will not install the hot tub; installation is the buyer's responsibility.  Delivery destination must be tractor-trailer accessible, if not, additional charges may apply.  In some areas additional fees for Ferry and Toll Roads may apply. The shipping company will contact the buyer directly regarding additional fees. All additional fees are COD.

Someone will need to be home to assist in accepting tailgate delivery at residence.

ORDER CANCELLATION

There is a 15% restocking fee for any cancellations occurring after the spa has been ordered and prior to shipping.

RETURN POLICY

You can not return a hot tub once delivered.
