KEYS BACKYARD, L.P. EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SOLELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER (PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED) OF ANY

KEYS SELF-CONTAINED SPA INSTALLED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, AND

CANADA. LIMITED WARRANTY BEGINS ON DATE OF SHIPMENT FROM KEYS BACKYARD AND IS NON TRANSFERABLE.
 

FIVE YEARS PRORATED
SPA SHELL STRUCTURE
 

Keys Backyard, L.P. warrants against water

loss due to defects in the spa shell structure

for five years from the original date of

shipment. Spa shell structure is prorated

according to the following depreciation :

20% per year for 5 years = replacement cost.
 
 

TWO YEAR
PUMPS & CONTROLS

Keys Backyard, L.P. warrants the spa's

electrical equipment componentsspecifically,

the pump(s), heater, air blower

and control system (except stereo system)

against malfunctions due to defects in

material for two years, and workmanship

for two year from the original date of

shipment. Keys Backyard L.P. reserves the

right to replace any electronic components

with Factory Refurbished parts.
 
 

90 DAYS

OTHER COMPONENTS

The light bulb, light lenses, fuses,

headrests, cabinet finish, and filter are

warranted to be free of defects in

workmanship and materials at the time of

All other spa components, including

but not limited to the cabinet (both

wood and synthetic), mechanical components

, the stereo components (CD

player/radio, speakers, sub woofer, mechanical

speakerlift device, stereo access

door, power supply, etc.) and the filter lid

are warranted against malfunction due to

defects in workmanship and materials

for 90 days from the date of shipment.
